Big Girl bite is back on and Capt. Dean Beech on Castille was right in the middle of it. Capt. Dean had one of the finest days he has had on the water, releasing a Double Grander as well as two other small fish. Castille released a 1,150 and 1,050 lbs Black Marlin. Castille was fishing on St Crispin’s Reef and went 3-8 on the day, releasing a 450 lbs Black Marlin as well

The SH BOP is a homemade boat captained by Kurt Mench. They were 15 miles outside of Ka'a'awa when their grander attacked a 71/2-inch lure and they fought the fish for two hours.
