Capt. John Cazinha was trolling a special homemade lure when they hooked this 1070-lb blue marlin about 13 miles from Kaneohe Bay. John and Mark needed five hours to subdue the beast. The special lure that John had made had been created to honor his mother who had recently passed away. It had the names of all his family members inside it.
