Cairns, Australia – 18th Grander of the Year

Cairns, Australia – I am not sure how you miss a Grander, but we did some how. Capt. Brett Thomas on the Gorilla released a nice black marlin that they called over 1,000 lbs. That is now the 5th Grander Black Marlin for the Great Barrier Reef. It is tough not to get numb to the news sometimes, but let us all remember what a lifetime catch this is.
